Shipping
We provide free shipping within Hong Kong for all orders.
The estimated delivery time for your order will depend on various factors, including the shipping method selected and the destination. We strive to process and ship orders promptly, and you can expect to receive your order within 14-21 business from the date of purchase. Please note that unforeseen circumstances or external factors may occasionally cause slight delays. Rest assured, we will do our best to ensure your order reaches you in a timely manner.
As soon as we receive your order, we will process it for shipment. We aim to deliver all orders to our customers within 14-21 business days.
Don’t worry! Sometimes, it takes a couple of days to update your shipment status. Email us at INFO@GIOVANNAGOLD.COM and we will let you know where your package is.

Returns & Exchanges
Sorry it didn’t work out. You can return your unused pieces within 2 days of receiving them. Just send us an email at INFO@GIOVANNAGOLD.COM
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the jewelry is in its original packaging and in perfect condition, that you have the proof of purchase and that you’ve obtained the shipping label from us. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the criteria.
We will refund you in full back to your original form of payment. However, please note that we will not refund any shipping charges you paid.

Refunds will take anywhere between 5-10 business days to appear back on your statement.
